where i want to go.

So the idea i've been having is that i was interested in perception of imagination, how it changes from person to person, depending on our upbringing and experiences... i wanted to take a fairy tale/ classic story that is based solely on the main characters imagination, like Alice in Wonderland or The Wizard of Oz.
The main characters in these storys succumb to some sort of incident, Dorothy gets knocked out during a tornado and Alice falls asleep under a tree, so everything and everyone they meet are a figment of their imagination.
There have been plenty of Twists of these tails but i don't think anyone has ever changed the main character.

i wish to look at changing the main character of one of these stories and look at how it would affect character design and narrative.
